Background
Bidhan, reached out to me with a unique challenge: to craft the very first online presence for BTS (Binita Technology Services). Despite Bidhan's two decades of profound expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and significant successful contractual project with the Australian government and corporates, BTS lacked a digital storefront to articulate its value and reach potential clients.
After the initial call, The core problem that emerged was to translate highly technical, specialized services into an accessible, credible, and engaging web experience for a diverse professional audience - which in result can help BTS establish a strong online presence, build trust among potential audience and to be a unique enterprise solution provider which in return can be a powerful tool for scalability.
Therefore, how might the design solution solve these problems:
Turning complex technical skills into clear, simple messages for a wide range of professionals (future clients).
Build digital presence & trust: focused on value, technical services, and the founder's deep expertise in CRM solutions.
Designing a sleek, responsive and robust website with clear messaging and engaging UX.
Therefore, my work spanned from designing and leading the user experience, improved the visual look, strategic Information Architecture and ensured the site works smoothly on all devices, from mobile to desktop.

The 6 months of project-based strategic design implementation resulted in:
